• John 3:14-15: The Son of Man was lifted up: that "whosoever believeth in him SHOULD NOT PERISH, but have ETERNAL LIFE."
• John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.
• John 3:18: He that believeth on him IS NOT CONDEMNED. But he that believeth not IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, BECAUSE HE HATH NOT BELIEVED IN THE NAME OF THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD.
• John 3:36: He that believeth on the Son HATH (present tense) EVERLASTING LIFE. (Direct statement.)
• John 4:14: Whosoever drinketh of this water SHALL NEVER THIRST.
• John 5:24: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, HATH EVERLASTING LIFE, and SHALL NOT COME INTO CONDEMNATION; but IS PASSED FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE.
• John 6:37: Him that cometh to me I shall in no wise cast out.

QUESTION: If God shall in no wise cast him out, how can he be lost? John 6:40: And this is the will of him that sent me, that EVERY ONE which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. If a believer is ever lost, God's will is not carried out. How can God assure every believer that He will raise him up at the last day if some get lost?

• John 6:44: I WILL RAISE HIM UP at the last day.
• Those drawn by the Father, that come to Jesus Christ, have a promise to be raised at the last day.
• John 6:47: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME HATH EVERLASTING LIFE" (a present tense possession).
• John 6:51: If any man eat of this bread he SHALL LIVE FOREVER.
• John 8:36: If the Son shall make you free, you shall be FREE INDEED.
• John 10:28: I give unto them ETERNAL LIFE. THEY SHALL NEVER PERISH, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
• Acts 13:39: And by him all that believe are JUSTIFIED from all things.
• Rom. 8:1: There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to them that are in Christ Jesus.
• Rom. 8:35-39: More than conquerors.
• I Cor. 10:13: Will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able to bear.
• Eph. 1:13: SEALED with that Holy Spirit of promise.
• Eph. 1:14: Which (Holy Spirit) is the EARNEST (that given to insure the fulfillment . . . the promise of what will follow) of our inheritance.
• Eph. 4:30: Sealed by Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption. "And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are SEALED unto the day of redemption."
• II Tim. 1:12: He is able to keep. "For I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that HE IS ABLE TO KEEP THAT WHICH I HAVE COMMITTED UNTO HIM AGAINST THAT DAY."
• Titus 1:2: In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.
• God cannot lie and He promised us eternal life.
• Heb. 4:3: "For we which have believed DO ENTER INTO REST."
• Almost a full chapter in Hebrews, Chapter 3, to show what happens to them that believed not.
• Heb. 6:6: One of the best proofs of all: For if a person could fall away, the only way to renew them again would be to crucify the Son of God "afresh" (again) which is impossible -- so it is just as impossible to fall away as it is impossible to crucify the Son of God again. Hallelujah!
• Heb. 10:14: For by one offering he HATH PERFECTED FOREVER them that are sanctified.
• Heb. 10:39: But WE ARE NOT of them WHO DRAW BACK TO PERDITION; but of them that BELIEVE TO THE SAVING OF THE SOUL.
• In Heb. 10:25-31, the writer shows the effect of God's PUNISHMENT ON THE WAYWARD CHRISTIAN (I Cor. 3:17; Heb. 12:7; I John 5:18), and (in verse 39) he assures us that believers do NOT "draw back to perdition".
• I Pet. 1:4: Who are KEPT by the power of God through faith unto salvation, ready to be revealed in the last time.
• I Pet. 1:9: Receiving the END OF YOUR FAITH, EVEN THE SALVATION OF YOUR SOULS.
• I John 3:9: Whosoever is born of God DOTH NOT COMMIT SIN; for his seed remaineth in him and HE CANNOT SIN, BECAUSE HE IS BORN OF GOD.

COMMENT:  The fact that the flesh is never born of God is made plain by Jesus in John 3:6: "...That which is born of flesh is flesh." The fact that it is the spiritual person that is born again is also made plain by Jesus in John 3:6: "...and that which is born of Spirit is Spirit." So when Jesus, through John in I John 3:9, says, "whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin", He is talking about the soul of the believer.

• I John 3:14: WE KNOW THAT WE HAVE PASSED (it has already taken place) FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE.
• I John 5:1: Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is BORN OF GOD.
• I John 5:5: Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
• Heaven's record tells the believer that he HATH eternal life.
• I John 5:11: "And this is the record, that God HATH GIVEN TO US ETERNAL LIFE.
• THE WRITTEN WORD: WE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
• I John 5:13: These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that YE MAY KNOW that YOU HAVE ETERNAL LIFE, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
• Those "born of God" do not commit sin.
• I John 5:18: WE KNOW that whosoever is born of God SINNETH NOT but he that is BEGOTTEN of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

REMEMBER: The spiritual man is born of God, and not the flesh, John 3:6. The one that is BEGOTTEN of God is Jesus, so He (Jesus) keeps those "born of God" and the wicked one (Satan) cannot touch them.

• Jude 1:1: Sanctified by God the Father. Read about sanctified being perfected forever, Heb. 10:14. 
• Jude 1:1: PRESERVED: "and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called."
• COMMENT: Get a can or jar of something that has been preserved and you will see that the thing preserved doesn't hold out -- the container and seal do the holding out. So we are as sure to be eternally saved as long as the seal of the Holy Spirit and the container in which we are preserved (Jesus) hold out.
• Jude 1:24: Now unto him that is able to KEEP YOU FROM FALLING, and to PRESENT YOU FAULTLESS before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.
• Phil. 1:6: Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
• Eccl. 3:14: Whatsoever God doeth, it shall be forever.
